    On Jan 6, 2013, I wanted to purchase from SHAMWOW a product called SHAMWOW SET WITH BONUS MOP PRODUCT for $66.70, I had never finalized the order. Before I would submit the order, I went to the Amazon.com website to see if they had the same products: Amazon had the product for $22.15. I therefore ordered it from AMAZON, and it was delivered on Jan. 9, 2013. I never submitted (Finalized) the Shamwow order and closed out the SHAMWOW website order screen.   • shipping cost



    I returned an order as I only order 1 and received 2. I refused the shipment and was charged 66.70 for the order and only credited 34.90 back the remaining 31.80 was for processing according to customer service. It is outragous they can steal peoples money like that. $31.80 seems a lot for processing as I didn't even open the package. I can understand 15.90 for the 1 order I had ordered but to have to pay for something I didnt even order seems wrong. More...

  • Shamwow mop



    The worst mop I've ever used. Poor design of the wringing mechanism. Part of the plastic housing is broken, and I can't imagine why. Maybe it fell over when stood up to dry. A mop should be durable, and this one isn't! I'd really like my money back. I think the towels are crappy, too because you aren't supposed to put them in the dryer. Really, now. You can't put a towel/ rag in the dryer?! I would not have purchased if I'd known that. They work better wet?! I wouldn't have purchased if I'd known that, either. More...

    When your "rush" shipping did not come on time (for a specific, time-oriented event), I called to cancel the order entirely. Was told that would be no problem; only need to put "refused - return to sender" and send it back through the mail. Very helpful customer-service woman. I'd caught the shipment before its arrival. Later, "Ronnie" @ Shamwow told me, "No, you have to catch the postman before he drops it off; too bad - it's yours." But because the package arrived when I was in another country, I couldn't do that.     I spent over 25 minutes ordering your Shamwow. I have to tell you how dissapointed I am with whomever designed the phone tree. On top of it all I was offered a free gas card/hotel savings plan. Even though I declined, I was told I would have 60 days to cancel. When I called back to try' and get an actual human, i was taken through the exact speech. Customer service, although it exists, isn't opened when most people have time to do such a thing.     I feel completely violated. My buddy actually has some super towel that is some sort of Rubber material. I tried his and I thought the Shamwow was similar, if not better based on those infomercials. When I got it, all it was was some sort of cheap felt that looks and feels like it maybe has some wool in it. I couldn't believe what a terrible job it did with soaking up water. I mainly bought it to get the dew off of my car in the mornings and to my surprise it just streaked it along my car making it look dirtier than before.   • product is awesome



    I just 3 days ago recieved my shamwow and had not even opened them. I hurring around I left my utility sink running for over an hour. I had water everywhere. I tried to sop it up with 4 beach towels they were heavy and messy and couldnot be wrung out to re use. I remembered the package i got one of the large one and it was awesome the water it picked up I could wring it out and re-use it. I had it all finished in less than 10 minutes.
